Milestones
New office in South Africa
One of the biggest milestones this year was opening an office in South Africa. There’s been a lot of training, Teams calls, and team events to build this brand-new connection between our growing UK and SA teams. We’re proud to welcome all the wonderful newbies who have joined our Synergi family.

Team collaboration and celebrations
2024 was a year filled with fun, bonding, and growing as a team. Some of our standouts include:
- Our Directors’ Dinners – a prime opportunity to celebrate our team members going above and beyond.
- At this year’s Summer event, we celebrated the first 6 months of the year by going Go-Karting; welcoming new team members, learning something new, winning and celebrating together.
- Supporting our community through giving to our local Christmas Foodbank.
- Our thrilling Team events including pizza nights, golf days, sip and paint evenings, mini golfing, and other fun-filled activities that nurture creativity, connection and comradery within the team.
- Our festive Christmas Parties, held at local restaurants, a perfect festive and joyful celebration of the year’s achievements. We celebrated everyday throughout December through our daily advent activities where each of our team had the chance to win prizes through different daily games.
These moments not only strengthened our team spirit but also highlighted our commitment to making a positive impact in the world. We’re proud to celebrate as a team who has respect, integrity and considerable focus on our candidates and clients.
