I founded Synergi in 2003 with a view to be delivering recruitment solutions to worldwide manufacturing clients within Engineering – and that’s exactly what we do!
An interesting fact about the founding of Synergi – I started the business with no recruitment experience at all!
Seeing the team grow and develop at Synergi is one the most important things to me, especially when we are able to bring someone on with no recruitment experience at all, and train them into having flourishing and successful careers with us.

With the exciting growth plans at Synergi I can utilise my 17 years of back office operational experience supporting multi discipline nationwide growth, to assist the business with the exciting roadmap ahead. I am always looking to streamline a process, enrich the culture and provide support and development for all our people. Continuous development and learning ensure I am always at the top of my game.
I’ve run a few marathons in my time, cycled from London to Paris and completed a 5km open water swim for MNDA. I love to travel – it’s Vegas for the party and Cape Town for the wine – I get completely over excited about a night out and never know when to call it a day! Family and friends mean everything to me; when I am not working, I’m making plans to spend time with them, if it involves a home-cooked meal by my Dad then I am winning at life – he’s an absolute legend and the best role model.
I have been working at Synergi Recruitment for just over a year and I am responsible for managing the finances of the business. I am also part of the Senior Management team focussing on the long-term business strategy as well as the short-term operational needs of the business.
I am a qualified CGMA (Chartered Global Management Accountant) and I have a variety of experience within the commercial sector that supports my position here at Synergi Recruitment.
Although I am an Accountant, I do like to have fun! I love travelling, my favourite place that I have visited is the Iguazu Falls in South America. I also love cooking, spending time with my family and friends, and trying to keep fit.
I have a strong passion to support under privileged children & work closely with an orphanage in India that is close to my heart.
Having only recently joined the Synergi Team, I feel that I can be an added member of the finance team having previously worked in the recruitment industry allowing me to showcase my strengths. I love number crunching and building on excellent client relationships.
I love to keep busy most of the time and enjoy being outdoors walking the dog or just taking in the beautiful landscape around me. I’ve enjoyed supporting various charities over the years doing the Breast Cancer Moon Walk, the Thames Path Challenge among a few and successfully held my own Afternoon Tea charity event for raising awareness for Breast Cancer. I recently joined a local charity organisation and volunteered for the Royal Volunteers Service where I cooked weekly meals for the over 65’s in the local community – which I loved! The oldest diner currently is 98 and still going strong!
Starting at Synergi seemed like the logical next step in my career and it didn’t take long after joining to see just how right I was. I came in with two years of digital marketing experience (contract and freelance) wanting to plant some roots down and grow with a company that had an exciting vision. I got stuck in straight away devising and co-leading our marketing strategy, while getting to work with a team that really supports my development and vice versa. From content creation to analytics, there’s so much to do and learn!
When I’m not in the office I usually like to take it easy (watching TV and movies, playing video games, meeting friends) but occasionally I need something a little more exciting – I have been known to take part in a dance competition or two and go on adventurous holidays. I also enjoy singing and try to record covers whenever I can, and am even a Twitch Affiliate streamer. I’m always up for trying new things.
Working in recruitment represents the achievement of a long-standing ambition for me, after a career that has previously focused on a variety of customer-centric roles. Sectors have included construction, facilities, and infrastructure but in all cases I was providing specific solutions to customer needs.
Now, I specialise in placing Engineers at some of the most established FMCG companies across the UK, and in multiple sectors/industries; these include food, pharma, plastics & many more! I’m delighted to have the chance to help others reach and achieve their career goals and aspirations and feel a genuine sense of pride in what I do.
I’ve always enjoyed making the most of my time out of work, whether it be trips to the Lake District or even just a BBQ in the garden with some friends.
I am also a huge sports fan and am really into Football as well as MMA, so my weekends are often taken up by watching some sort of sports event!
Starting with no recruitment experience, I have worked for Synergi for over 5 years now, joining the business as a Trainee Consultant and progressing throughout. I specialise in Engineering, Senior Production & Operations recruitment within the FMCG Sector on a Permanent, Contract & fixed term basis. As well as supporting businesses Nationwide, I predominantly cover the South West of England and currently with some of the largest companies within the Food, Drink, Packaging, Pharmaceutical, Distribution & Automotive Manufacturing sector. I have found that no day at Synergi is the same and there is always room to develop and learn something new.
My main hobbies are based all around sports or eating! I play golf most weekends and Football is my first love. I love eating out with friends, especially if it’s Chinese food followed by a few beers. One of my favourite things to do is spending time with my family, especially my 3 nephews, they are living proof that all you need is a toy dinosaur to be happy in life! My biggest achievement is completing the Brighton marathon for Macmillan Cancer Support. My passion is to gain my Football coaching badges and coach the best youth team in Hertfordshire.
I joined Synergi in 2018 as a delivery consultant and quickly evolved into the full 360 roles. I cover the East Anglia & Essex regions, specialising in all thing’s Food Manufacturing / FMCG. Being in East Anglia, a lot of my clients are within the meat industry which I have grown to enjoy working within. Placing candidates into supposedly “hard to fill roles” is a passion of mine.
I’m a big Watford FC fan and try and go when I can. I also play at the weekends and 6 a side during the week. I’m a big boxing fan and hoping to go more live events as the world opens up again. I’m passionate about travelling and one day hope to visit South America and around the Caribbean.
Since being at Synergi, I have experienced an industry I have never been in before. As for my colleagues, I generally couldn’t have asked for better people to work with – this is the first company I have joined and I can happily say all of them are great people and helped me settle and learn so quickly. I decided to join here because I needed to find my feet in a company I can see a future career path with and and can say this is the company to do so. Even on my bad days, weeks, or months I always have the motivational support around me to do better and achieve targets.
Since being here I’ve achieved success almost straight away with a great team around me such as my colleagues and my pals. At Synergi we have a good work bond which involves good nights out, charity work, and hobbies outside of work too. This is why I enjoy working here, I think that it’s very important to have that connection with your colleagues.
I joined Synergi after working in recruitment for eight months in the construction industry. I bought into the vision of the founder and decided to be part of this amazing team to grow from both a professional and personal perspective. The team helped me achieve success right from my first week and I’m learning a lot from them. Every day is exciting and never the same. My goal is to help people, so I find joy in assisting my clients and candidates with the best solution by understanding their needs.
Outside work, I love doing music and spending time in the studio. I’m part of a Youth Church in Watford helping young people to discover their purpose and to strengthen their relationship with God. I enjoy spending time with friends and family going out and trying new cuisines. Food and I are best friends!
