I founded Synergi in 2003 with a view to be delivering recruitment solutions to worldwide manufacturing clients within Engineering – and that’s exactly what we do!

An interesting fact about the founding of Synergi – I started the business with no recruitment experience at all!

Seeing the team grow and develop at Synergi is one the most important things to me, especially when we are able to bring someone on with no recruitment experience at all, and train them into having flourishing and successful careers with us.

Social responsibility is one of our core pillars here at Synergi. It’s a fundamental part of who I am, and who my team is, we care deeply about our commitment to charitable action and responsibility. You may well see us from time to time dressed up as something ridiculous…

Working in recruitment represents the achievement of a long-standing ambition for me, after a career that has previously focussed on a variety of customer-centric roles. Sectors have included construction, facilities, and infrastructure but in all cases I was providing specific solutions to customer needs.
Now, I specialise in placing Engineers at some of the most established FMCG companies across the UK, and in multiple sectors/industries; these include food, pharma, plastics & many more! I’m delighted to have the chance to help others reach and achieve their career goals and aspirations and feel a genuine sense of pride in what I do.

I’ve always enjoyed making the most of my time out of work, whether it being trips to the Lake district or even just a BBQ in the garden with some friends.

I am also a huge sports fan and am really into Football as well as MMA, so my weekends are often taken up by watching some sort of sports event!

I have a strong passion to support under privileged children & work closely with an orphanage in India that is close to my heart.

I am a Team Leader for a recruitment business that has been running for nearly 20 years. I began as a Trainee and have worked hard to grow a vast network of Engineers and manufacturing leaders over 10 years.
I go to work every day because I love engaging with people daily.
I also work with some of the UK’s largest companies, and something I’m very proud to say I do.
With over 10 years, I’ve learned to manage the complete 360 processes managing all the candidate & client experiences.
At heart, I’m a Family man with values of honesty, loyalty and hard work, and this is what you can expect when working with me.

My hobbies include Fishing, Tennis and socialising with my friends.
I’ve been a Manchester United fan all my life and never miss watching a game; I also enjoy watching my local team, Watford.
I really enjoy challenging myself and testing my limits by doing anything different or new.
My biggest passion is my family; my best times are with them.

Presented neatly to Synergi via a kickstart scheme, I joined the team as the brand new Marketing Executive. I specialise in producing internal & external marketing material, ranging from video edits, blog posts, animations, and whatever else I’m brave enough to learn to do.

I have previous experience producing animated & video editing content for various freelancing clients, and working with the consultants at Synergi has been another opportunity to experiment in a new field, alongside obtaining new skills such as data analysis & writing blog posts. Seeing the team’s reaction to new content keeps me going, cause as long as there is an audience there is a reason to create.

Outside of Synergi, I also animate and edit my own content for fame and fun! Unlike my work at Synergi, this content separates itself thanks to excessive swearing & questionable humour. Eventually, I intend to make an indie film if I’m around long enough. Additionally, I like to consume an unhealthy amount of video games, mess around with Lego, make bad takes on movies and occasionally go out for long walks whenever I remember I’m a real person that exists on the planet.

Starting with no recruitment experience, I have worked for Synergi for over 5 years now, joining the business as a Trainee Consultant and progressing throughout. I specialise in Engineering, Senior Production & Operations recruitment within the FMCG Sector on a Permanent, Contract & fixed term basis. As well as supporting businesses Nationwide, I predominantly cover the South West of England and currently with some of the largest companies within the Food, Drink, Packaging, Pharmaceutical, Distribution & Automotive Manufacturing sector. I have found that no day at Synergi is the same and there is always room to develop and learn something new.

My main hobbies are based all around sports or eating! I play golf most weekends and Football is my first love. I love eating out with friends, especially if its Chinese food followed by a few beers. One of my favourite things to do is spending time with my family, especially my 3 nephews, they are living proof that all you need is a toy dinosaur to be happy in life! My biggest achievements is completing the Brighton marathon for Macmillan Cancer Support. My passion is to gain my Football coaching badges and coach the best youth team in Hertfordshire.

I joined Synergi in 2018 as a delivery consultant and quickly evolved into the full 360 roles. I cover the East Anglia & Essex regions, specialising in all thing’s Food Manufacturing / FMCG. Being in East Anglia, a lot of my clients are within the meat industry which I have grown to enjoy working within. Placing candidates into supposedly “hard to fill roles” is a passion of mine.

I’m a big Watford FC fan and try and go when I can. I also play at the weekends and 6 a side during the week. I’m a big boxing fan and hoping to go more live events as the world opens up again. I’m passionate about travelling and one day hope to visit South America and around the Caribbean.

With the exciting growth plans at Synergi I can utilise my 17 years of back office operational experience supporting multi discipline nationwide growth, to assist the business with the exciting roadmap ahead.  I am always looking to streamline a process, enrich the culture and provide support and development for all our people. Continuous development and learning ensure I am always at the top of my game.

I’ve run a few marathons in my time, cycled from London to Paris and completed a 5km open water swim for MNDA.  I love to travel – it’s Vegas for the party and Cape Town for the wine – I get completely over excited about a night out and never know when to call it a day!  Family and friends mean everything to me; when I am not working, I’m making plans to spend time with them, if it involves a home-cooked meal by my Dad then I am winning at life – he’s an absolute legend and the best role model.

As a delivery consultant my role is to identify and deliver the best candidates to clients within the FMCG industry. I am committed to creating a bespoke recruitment consultancy process based on rapport building and a person-centred approach. Previously my experience has been in customer centric roles, and this has equipped me well to provide excellent service in my role at Synergi. I am genuinely proud to able to assist others in their career development and provide them with the right kinds of opportunities to best suit their skillset.

When not at work I enjoy watching sports, particularly Formula 1 and football. Although, at the moment I am still recovering from the way the 2021 F1 season ended and the tragedy of England’s Euro’s final loss. I also enjoy being outside as a keen runner and am hoping to be able to get a dog soon to keep me company on the cold mornings.

With five years’ experience in agency recruitment and running my own business for three years in the rec 2 rec sector, I feel my skill set fits well with Synergi Recruitment growth plans. My BA hons in Marketing and Advertising will also help me to assist Synergi producing robust marketing strategies to ensure online social awareness and brand growth. My purpose is to create engagement between the teams and develop existing talent along with new coming talent.

Outside of work, I enjoy coding. I am very comfortable in frontend web and app development, having knowledge in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. In addition to this I am enhancing my development skills in PHP, Python and NodeJS.

Other than being a geek, I enjoy cricket – patriot of Pakistan and thoroughly enjoying the T20 men’s cricket world cup, as Pakistan is absolutely smashing it! I am also into football, I support Liverpool only because of Mo Salah. I like swimming, but I am more of a doggy paddler.

I have travelled a lot in my life, Mexico, Canada, Dubai ( x million times), Bali – where I fell into a pool on a night out, dancing the night away and before you know it, I feel backwards into a pool fully clothed. I have also been to Egypt, Turkey, Thailand, Lebanon, and Spain.

Interesting fact about me; I can’t cook, in fact just recently Anna our Ops manager taught me how to make coffee, my best friend taught me how to fry an egg in Turkey and the others taught me how to make scrambled eggs.

I am not much of a walker, but my friends tricked me into walking the coast of Isle of White, august 2020, claiming it would be a 20 min walk back to the hotel, turned out to be 2.5 hours walk, 23,000 steps and entire vocabulary of every swear word in the world!

I am cheeky, fun, bubbly and love new challenges.
