We are currently going through an exciting time of diversifying our business, looking for new permanent team members to join us on our journey. Many of our Delivery Consultants joined the business with very little or in some cases no recruitment experience whatsoever! You will work within a team – alongside other Delivery Consultants and below our Senior Recruitment Consultants to ensure you are learning at your own pace & from the best! The Delivery Consultant role focuses on sourcing top-tier candidates to fill the vacancies of our ever-expanding client base.

Senior Recruitment Consultant

Team Leader

Location: Watford

As part of our rapid growth plans, we are looking for a Team Leader to join us and lead a team of consultants to success. You will be expected to train new starters from an inexperienced recruitment background as well as work with and develop current experienced consultants. You will work within a team, alongside other Team Leaders, gaining support to monitor and manage the success of your team. You will achieve this by sharing your experience and knowledge within the recruitment industry and applying this experience to drive company development.
