Job Role & Responsibilities:

Support the smooth running of manufacturing operations by carrying out both electrical and mechanical maintenance tasks, contributing to equipment reliability, process improvement, and team collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct front-line electrical and mechanical maintenance

• Perform scheduled maintenance in line with PPM/TPM plans

• Install and commission new equipment

• Identify and resolve process inefficiencies

• Complete effective shift handovers and ensure machinery is regularly inspected

The ideal candidate will have:

• At least 5 years of maintenance experience

• Background in manufacturing

• Recognized engineering apprenticeship

• 17th or 18th Edition certification (BS7671)

• Strong team player with a proactive attitude

Desirable Skills:

• Experience with continuous improvement or root cause analysis

• Familiarity with modern production technologies
