We fully support the aims of the Modern Slavery Act 2015 and strive to ensure that modern slavery does not occur in any part of our business or the businesses we work with.

Our Policy on Modern Slavery
We have a zero-tolerance approach to modern slavery. We are committed to acting ethically and with integrity in all our business dealings and relationships. Our policies and procedures are designed to ensure that slavery and human trafficking are not taking place in our business or our wider supply chain.
Risk Management & Due Diligence
To identify and mitigate the risk of modern slavery, we:
- Conduct background checks and verify documentation for all candidates and contractors.
- Work only with clients and suppliers who share our values and demonstrate compliance with labour laws.
- Maintain a whistleblowing policy to encourage staff and contractors to report concerns confidentially.
- Require staff to undertake regular training on recognising the signs of modern slavery and trafficking.
Our Supply Chain
As a recruitment business, our supply chain is relatively straightforward, but we remain vigilant. We conduct risk assessments of our key suppliers, including background verification and reviewing their modern slavery policies (where applicable).
Our onboarding processes also include a review of supplier health & safety protocols and performance history.
Training & Awareness
We provide training to our team to help them understand the signs of modern slavery and human trafficking. Awareness initiatives are integrated into our onboarding process and reinforced through regular updates and internal communications.
Monitor & Compliance
Synergi Search & Select Ltd reviews its policies annually and updates them as necessary to ensure ongoing compliance. Any suspected instance of modern slavery is treated with urgency, investigated, and reported to the appropriate authorities.
This statement has been approved by the Board of Directors of Synergi Search & Select Ltd and will be reviewed and updated annually.
