Job Role & Key Responsibilities:

We’re looking for a QA Auditor to maintain and improve product quality, safety, and compliance across all operations. You’ll manage quality systems, perform inspections, and drive continuous improvement to ensure products meet the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and improve Quality Management Systems (QMS), PRPs, and CCPs.
• Conduct audits, inspections, and corrective actions to ensure compliance.
• Perform product testing and sampling and manage external lab coordination.
• Record and report quality data, non-conformities, and performance metrics.
• Support root cause analysis and implement improvements.
• Collaborate with production and operations to maintain best practices.
• Address customer quality concerns and train staff in quality and food safety standards.

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

• Experience in food manufacturing or FMCG.
• Knowledge of QMS, HACCP, ISO standards, and regulatory compliance.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
• High attention to detail and proficiency in documentation and reporting.
• A proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.

Desirable Skills:

• ISO 9001 / HACCP certification.
• Experience with Lean Manufacturing or process optimisation.
• Familiarity with audit processes and technical reporting.
