Job Role & Key Responsibilities:

Hands-on role maintaining and operating moulding machines and ancillary equipment to ensure smooth production, product quality, and minimal downtime. Operates on a 4 on / 4 off days and nights shift pattern in a busy manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Run, monitor, and maintain moulding machines and ancillary equipment

• Carry out routine quality checks and complete production paperwork

• Remove, clean, adjust, and maintain machine components

• Support breakdown response and report defects to supervisors

• Change raw material bins to maintain production flow

• Maintain high standards of housekeeping, safety, and compliance

The ideal candidate will have:

• Experience in a manufacturing or production environment

• Previous experience operating or running machinery

• Mechanical awareness or hands-on mechanical experience

• Reliable, proactive, and safety-conscious approach

• Good communication and team-working skills

• Willingness to learn, with full training provided on site machinery

Desirable Skills:

• Ability to work independently or as part of a team

• Strong attention to detail in monitoring machine performance and quality
