Our client is a global company with an impressive portfolio in the FMCG industry.

Job Role & Key Responsibilities:

Lead and deliver site infrastructure projects across the site, aligned with the Capex agenda. Ensure safety, reliability, and compliance while supporting operational excellence. Act as a Responsible Person/Duty Holder for electrical compliance and drive continuous improvement in project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage projects from concept to completion, including scope, schedule, budget, and risk management

• Define objectives, deliverables, resources, and mitigation strategies

• Coordinate internal teams, contractors, and external vendors to meet quality and compliance standards

• Oversee equipment installation, commissioning, and handovers

• Conduct safety audits, risk assessments, and support H&S policy implementation

• Maintain project documentation, reporting, and change control processes

• Ensure compliance with CDM regulations and relevant legal requirements

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

• 5+ years’ project management experience with successful project delivery

• Recognised project management qualification

• C&G / NVQ Level 3 engineering qualification (electrical bias preferred)

• HNC/HND in Engineering

• Strong understanding of CDM Regulations and technical compliance

• Experience leading projects in fast-paced environments with multiple stakeholders

Desirable Skills:

• Experience with LV/HV electrical distribution (AP/SAP level)

• Previous experience as a Site Electrical Duty Holder

• Energy management program knowledge and implementation

• Background in food manufacturing, packaging, or FMCG
