Team Leader

Location: Watford 

£32,000k – £40,000k. 

As part of our rapid growth plans, we are looking for a Team Leader to join us and lead a team of consultants to success. You will be expected to train new starters from an inexperienced recruitment background as well as work with and develop current experienced consultants.

Successful candidates will work within a team, alongside other Team Leaders, gaining support to monitor and manage the success of your team. You will achieve this by sharing your experience and knowledge within the recruitment industry and applying this experience to drive company development.

About you:

  • 2-3 years recruitment experience required – with record of managing a team throughout
  • Recruitment experience within manufacturing or FMCG is desired
  • Love for recruitment with the ability to coach
  • Skilled at building relationships & rapport
  • Customer-centric whilst demonstrating a high level of attention to detail
  • Career driven & money-motivated
  • Can-do attitude with the ability to problem solve efficiently and implement strategy to
    improve team performance


  • Manage a team of entry-level and experienced consultants – distributing duties to ensure
    workload is manageable
  • Upholding company ethos – ensuring the team are supported and expressing company
  • Driving a productive atmosphere – train, lead, develop & motivate team to meet and exceed
    standards and expectations
  • 1:1 mentoring and hosting sales meetings
  • Contributing to company development and growth – working with senior management to
    innovate business development strategies
  • Maintaining and maximising individual standards and expectations, ensuring you are leading
    by example – targets will be based on financial performance and employee satisfaction,
    development & achievements

Working hours:

  • Hybrid working after probationary period
  • Monday – Thursday – 8:30am – 5:30pm
  • Friday – 8:30am – 4:00pm
