As part of our growth plans, we are looking for a exceptionally driven Senior Recruitment Consultant, who is entrepreneurial, driven and motivated to succeed in a collaborative and fast paced environment.

You will join as a senior recruitment consultant, but handed a warm desk to maintain and grow. If you’re someone that wants unlimited opportunities and is driven to carve out a career into business management in 2 years, then it would be a great time to join our already high performing team.

About you:

• Previously demonstrated history as a Recruitment Consultant
• Hard working with the ability to work both as part of a team and independently
• Careers driven & money-motivated
• Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal
• Self-motivated, energetic & passionate
• Proven track record in achieving sales targets – able to set achievable goals to work towards

Duties:

• Use customised CRM to identity new candidates & create pipelines to fill vacancies within a timely manner
• Mentor and coach colleagues – provide your expertise and experiences with others to support their development on every occasion
• Source candidates using several platforms (social media, headhunting, etc)
• Creating and maintaining strong relationships with both clients & candidates
• Manage the recruitment process from start to finish
• Build brand awareness using social media & other digital platforms always upholding and selling our company values & methods

Working hours:

• Hybrid working after probationary period
• Monday – Thursday – 8:30am – 5:30pm
• Friday – 8:30am – 4:00pm
