Job Role & Responsibilities:

As a Senior Maintenance Engineer, leading a high-performing shift team and playing a vital role in ensuring production uptime, efficient maintenance, and site safety. You’ll provide technical leadership, respond to breakdowns, and drive a proactive, first-fix culture while supporting continuous improvement projects.

• Lead and develop the engineering shift team

• Oversee reactive and planned maintenance to maximise uptime

• Ensure safe systems of work and permit to work compliance

• Drive improvements through fault finding and RCA

• Maintain accurate records using CMMS

• Support project planning and contribute to engineering meetings

The ideal candidate will have:

• Level 3 Engineering Qualification (Mechanical or Electrical)

• Time-served Engineering Apprenticeship

• Multi-skilled maintenance experience

Desirable Skills:

• FMCG experience
