Title: Reliability Engineer
Shift: Monday – Friday
Salary: £42,000
Location: West London

Synergi are recruiting for a reliability Engineer to join one of the leading Food Companies in the West London area. They have presence in all of the leading supermarkets in the UK and are leading the way in the Health Food Section. As a reliability engineer you focus will be around machine efficiency and process improvements.

The duties of a Reliability Engineer:
* Focusing on increasing current line OEE levels and implementing Line Improvements
* based on removal of repeat breakdowns and better line availability to Operations.
* Support any installations of new machinery and trials.
* Investigate into re occurring issues
* Supporting Project Engineers on installation, final execution, ramp up and hand over to production.
* Development and review of the maintenance program and systems by developing implementation of p
performance measures metrics for and tracking KPI’s
* Continually Challenge and develop process and methods of production

The ideal Reliability Engineer:
* You have experience as a Reliability Engineer; defining preventative, predictive, corrective and
breakdown engineering
* Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to conduct Root Cause Analysis on Assets
* Experience of implementing Continuous Improvement (CI) manufacturing practices
* A conscientious and hard working individual
* Work in a team environment or on their own building good communications with operations and maintenance
planners
