Job Role & Key Responsibilities:
Plan and coordinate all preventative and reactive maintenance activities in a high-speed FMCG environment. Manage CMMS operations, support legal compliance, and ensure optimal resource use to drive asset uptime and maintenance efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Administer and optimise the CMMS system (Piranha) and engineering stores
Schedule and monitor preventative maintenance activities and shutdowns
Liaise with stakeholders and contractors on upcoming maintenance plans
Track KPIs to improve asset reliability and cost efficiency
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards
Support maintenance recordkeeping and legal service obligations
Participate in daily/weekly meetings to manage work issues and backlogs
The ideal candidate will have:
Experience in maintenance planning within a fast-paced environment
Strong background in contractor management and data analysis
Proficiency with CMMS (ideally Piranha)
Experience in shutdown planning and cost monitoring
Desirable Skills:
Familiarity with KPI tracking and process optimisation
Excellent stakeholder communication and coordination skills
