Job Role & Key Responsibilities:

Plan and coordinate all preventative and reactive maintenance activities in a high-speed FMCG environment. Manage CMMS operations, support legal compliance, and ensure optimal resource use to drive asset uptime and maintenance efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer and optimise the CMMS system (Piranha) and engineering stores

• Schedule and monitor preventative maintenance activities and shutdowns

• Liaise with stakeholders and contractors on upcoming maintenance plans

• Track KPIs to improve asset reliability and cost efficiency

• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards

• Support maintenance recordkeeping and legal service obligations

• Participate in daily/weekly meetings to manage work issues and backlogs

The ideal candidate will have:

• Experience in maintenance planning within a fast-paced environment

• Strong background in contractor management and data analysis

• Proficiency with CMMS (ideally Piranha)

• Experience in shutdown planning and cost monitoring

Desirable Skills:

• Familiarity with KPI tracking and process optimisation

• Excellent stakeholder communication and coordination skills
