Title: Maintenance Manager
Salary: Up to £55,000
Shift: Monday – Friday

Are you looking for a Maintenance Manager role In a high speed environment?
Do you have experience as a Maintenance Manager managing a team of maintenance engineers in a high paced manufacturing environment?

Based near Beckton, this company boast multiple sites across the UK and are continuously growing.
In this role you will have full autonomy of a team of engineering maintenance staff. Your main take will be to manage and fully develop the engineering operation in line with business requirements.
The ideal Maintenance Manager will have experience managing a team of maintenance engineers and have strong people management experience.

This is a great role for a Maintenance Manager to join a big engineering company where you can stamp your mark on the engineering team and play a major part in this companies growth and development.

The duties of a Maintenance Manager
* To manage and develop the engineering operation in line with business requirements.
* Have full responsibility of the a team of Engineers
* Assist with increasing the technical skills of the production operation.

The ideal Maintenance Manager
* Come from a manufacturing background.
* Have experience managing a team of maintenance engineers.
* Strong man management experience.
