Our client is a leading international multi-service provider delivering textile, hygiene, and facility solutions across multiple sectors operating across the UK.
Job Role & Responsibilities:
Lead and manage operational performance across a high-volume facility
Drive productivity, efficiency, and cost-control across production teams
Uphold high health & safety standards, working with HSE compliance (preferably NEBOSH/IOSH qualified)
Analyse production data to support continuous improvement and reporting
Manage up to 200 operatives across a complex, high-speed industrial environment
Build strong on-the-floor relationships and lead with a visible, people-first style
Collaborate with the second Operations Manager to meet site KPIs and succession goals
The ideal candidate will have:
Proven background in hands-on operational or factory management within fast-paced, industrial sectors (FMCG, food, drink, etc.)
Demonstrated success in people leadership, data analysis, cost control, and productivity improvement
Comfortable taking ownership and driving performance without micromanagement
NEBOSH/IOSH certification preferred
A proactive and approachable leadership style, visible and engaged on the production floor
