We are currently going through an exciting time of diversifying our business, looking for new permanent team members to join us on our journey. Many of our Delivery Consultants joined the business with very little or in some cases no recruitment experience whatsoever!

You will work within a team – alongside other Delivery Consultants and below our Senior Recruitment Consultants to ensure you are learning at your own pace & from the best! The Delivery Consultant role focuses on sourcing top-tier candidates to fill the vacancies of our ever-expanding client base.

About you:

• Hard working with the ability to work both as part of a team & work
  independently
• Customer-centric whilst demonstrating a high level of attention to detail
• Career driven & money-motivated
• Skilled at building relationships & rapport
• Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal
• Self-motivated, energetic & passionate

Duties:

• Managing data within our CRM system
• Seeking & engaging with candidates from various social media platforms
• Assisting our consultants with the management of live vacancies
• Generate fees in line with set targets
• Build brand awareness using social media & other digital platforms

Working hours:

• Hybrid working after probationary period
• Monday – Thursday – 8:30am – 5:30pm
• Friday – 8:30am – 4:00pm
