We are looking to hire an experienced recruitment professional to manage a selection of our key accounts. You may be a experienced 360 specialist or internal recruiter looking for a new challenge or even an Account Manager wanting to better your expertise. About you:

• Experience working within the recruitment market, ideally within manufacturing
• Record of building, maintaining & developing relationships and rapport with customers
• Pro-active & customer centric approach

Duties:

• Work with resourcing team to ensure delivery to every role including headhunting the best
  candidates in the market
• Review possible up-selling/cross-selling opportunities
• Develop & maintain client relationships – providing outstanding service & commitment to
  deliver
• Maximise company revenue potential & innovate strategies to develop new business

Working hours:

• Hybrid working after probationary period
• Monday – Thursday – 8:30am – 5:30pm
• Friday – 8:30am – 4:00pm
